1. PHDRIFT reserve the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances including adverse weather conditions. In that event, the course holders are advised to contact PHDRIFT to arrange an alternative date.
2. All PHDRIFT coaching sessions must be paid for in full in advance of attending the your PHDRIFT course.
3. Any course holder who fails to attend a pre-booked course, without having provided at least 72 hours prior notice to PHDRIFT, will render their course null and void.
4. PHDRIFT academy reserve the right to refuse a voucher holder admittance to a course, if they deem the voucher holder to be unsuitable, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
5. PHDRIFT reserve the right to stop a voucher holders course at any stage, if they deem the driving of the voucher holder unsuitable on safety grounds.
6. All course holders will be required to sign an indemnity and risk awareness before being admitted on a course and will be assumed to have made themselves fully aware of the contents of the indemnity/risk awareness prior to signing it.
7. Due to size restrictions with our cars, people of non-average height or build should contact PHDRIFT prior to purchase of a voucher or attendance for their course.
8. If a voucher holder damages a vehicle during a course, the course will be terminated at that point.
9. Very rarely car/event changes may be made, and we reserve the right to do so. This may involve having to reschedule the cars/timing and /or location of experience, sometimes at short notice, due to availability, booking numbers, safety, technical problems or other factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any personal costs incurred in any of these circumstances.
10. Once you have booked your date, we will reserve your car, instructor and circuit time. If you then choose to cancel, you will be in breach of contract and PHDRIFT reserve the right to retain all funds paid.
